I got a referral from the moving company that moved my hot tub. I needed some work done and he came highly recommended I have been using his services for quite some time now and I couldn't be happier with his punctuality and his experience. I moved a little further outside of town and he was still more than happy to fit me into his schedule he has become my go-to person for all of my hot tub needs. he always does his best to make time for any repairs that may come up on my hot tub he is very friendly and accommodating. I've had my hot tub for 3 years now and could not be happier with his services. If you're looking for quality good workmanship and friendly staff he is your guy.
I hired this gentleman to replace my heater/electronics, he did so while charging me almost 2K for a $600 dollar part, which took him maybe total 4 hours to complete. I understand that people have to make money and I agreed to it, but it seems a bit greedy. After 6 months his work fell apart and I was told he would not warranty any of his work because 90 days is industry standard.I would for sure not recommend having this company repair your hot tub. They will overcharge you and then not stand by their shoddy workmanship.
Very quick to respond. We setup an appointment where he showed up on time which I appreciated. He was very knowledgeable and was quick with his estimate. Once he got the authorization he got the parts and installed them the very next day. I’m very happy with the service and the cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend.
The owner came to repair a leaking jet on our hot tub and couldn’t locate the leak. I eventually found the leak myself, but when we pointed it out to him, he insisted we were wrong—until we physically showed him the water leaking. He then attempted to fix it but replaced the jet three times, unable to stop the leak.On his second visit, the hot tub leaked through the floor, damaging the drywall ceiling in our garage. When we showed him pictures of the damage, his response was essentially a shrug. He came back again, but the leak persisted.During his third visit, he told my wife he would need to remove parts of the hot tub surround to make the repair. After he left, I discovered the removed wooden panels were severely damaged—completely pried apart—and covered in silicone residue. He had used the wood to wipe off silicone instead of using a proper towel.When I confronted him about the damage, he became defensive and made no effort to rectify the situation. By this point, after three failed attempts to fix the issue, I would have expected more care and professionalism—or at least an attempt to go the extra mile to make things right. Instead, he avoided addressing the matter further.There must be better hot tub service providers out there. I cannot recommend this business.
