Just had Tony out to find and fix a leak and replace a pump & heater element.As always top notch service and I appreciate him explaining the repairs needed without any hard sell tactics.Been dealing with them for a good 20 years and looking forward to doing the same for another 20!I highly recommend Koko Beach Hot Tubs for whatever you may need, from chemicals, service or a brand new hot tub!
I was desperate my swim spa manufacturer has no representation in Alberta. I contacted the factory. They had no reps but would sell me the 3 major parts then we had to handle the shipping, importation , tariffs , etc. major headaches.I contacted Tony at Koko Beach. He made my issues go away. He sourced OEM equipment at 1/2 the factory price. He then inspected and installed all new gear plus replaced all the gaskets and unplugged all the jets, waterfalls etc. He rebuilt the swim spa into another 10 year run. Can't thank him enough. You saved my family all the grief and gave us many more years with our tub. Thank you so much. Oh yeah at half the price I would have paid. Please go to him on any hot tub issue. Best in province. I've over 40 years experience.
Tony and his crew did a tremendous job on our repair. Very Very knowledgeable and responded right away to our issue. They checked up later to make sure all was well with our Hot Tub. We're very satisfied with our experience and know we can rely on Koko Beach anytime. .......And also made a 2nd trip to replace the waterfall cover and a lite.as I needed to empty it....Tony sealed up a leak by replacing a component as well that was previously suspect...I'm so happy we're doing some Maintenance after 4 years of purchasing our brand new hot tub...Very Satisified indeed..
We've been dealing with Tony and Dan at KoKo Beach Hot Tubs for the last 6 years, when we moved into our new home and inherited a Coast Hot Tub. As we'd never owned a hot tub before there was a bit of a learning curve, and KoKo Beach has been with us every step of the way. From chemicals (how often and how much), to filters, water changing and maintenance we've received excellent guidance and support from KoKo Beach. There's also been a couple occasions where our tub needed service and Tony was always VERY quick to respond. His knowledge and expertise ensured our tub was up and running quickly and working perfectly! We highly recommend KoKo Beach Hot Tubs. Their service is exemplary!

After getting everything installed, my hot tub wasn’t functioning properly, so I gave him a call. He spent over four hours troubleshooting the problem with me over the phone and through text.What really stood out was his dedication — he didn’t just help in the moment. He continued checking in with me over the next few days to make sure everything was still working properly.It’s rare to find that level of customer service and commitment these days. I really appreciate the time and effort Tony put in to make sure my tub was running perfectly. Highly recommend!
