Our overall experiences with SML Hot Tubs has been remarkable given the circumstances in which they supported our issues. We did not purchase our original Bullfrog spa with SML but they communicated directly with their manufacturing partner on our behalf and provided us with a new hot tub to replace the original one we purchased from another Edmonton dealer.I would highly recommend SML due to their exceptional management and service team to purchase your next or new spa. After visiting many retail outlets shopping for an infrared sauna we stopped by SML Entertainment on the Southside of Edmonton. Unlike several other sales people, Matthew Mohyluk gave us straightforward and none BS answers to our questions. The unit we purchased was a floor model from their store in Calgary and it took a few weeks to arrive. The guys who came to install it did a great job. We are very pleased with the sauna and recommend Matthew and SML Entertainment.
Our new hot tub arrived and the installers were great placing it perfectly even amongst all the snow. The customer service we received was excellent from the moment we ordered it. Our first soak was amazing. Tried out each panel and couldn’t choose a favorite. They all hit different areas and were awesome! So looking forward to many many more soaks!!
