Gardner plastered our pool when we originally had it built 20+ years ago, and more recently, they transformed our never used spa into a rad and very usable Baja shelf, fixed some broken tiles, and replastered.Gardner provides exceptionally high quality workmanship, awesome employees, and professional work! And they clean everything up before they go!Remember, you get what you pay for. Don’t be fooled by low priced contractors who don’t provide quality work.
There’s no question that remodeling a pool is a messy, expensive endeavor that took my having grandkids to finally decide to do it. I can’t tell you how happy I am that I chose Gardner over all the other pool remodel companies and referrals from friends who “had a guy” who could do the work. Don’t get “a guy”; it’s an enormous amount of work.I have nothing but praise and admiration for the Gardner team who remodeled my 25-year-old Poway pool. From front man/salesperson, Connor, who is extremely patient and helpful in choosing design options, to Chris & his son Chris, who managed the final cleaning & chemical balancing, I cannot think of one thing that went wrong. Each team of about 25 employees total, from demo, masonry, electrical, plastering, cleaning—showed up as scheduled, on time or early, took pride in the process, and worked nonstop in 100+ degrees without complaint. In fact, the plaster crew was singing (beautifully, I might add) as they worked. Every employee showed great respect for the property and toward me, consulting me at each phase. Both Connor and on-site supervisor, Dylan, responded to my questions quickly no matter what time or day of the week I called or texted.Special shout out to Adrian, an incredibly skilled tiler, for his extra effort and design input. Both he and his assistant, Francisco (?), worked in intense heat barely taking breaks. In addition to the crew, I received regular communication from the front office both by phone & text regarding scheduling dates, times, and name of the person in charge that day. I wish I could remember more names as each, and every team member deserves recognition. Gardner is a well-oiled machine that I cannot recommend highly enough. The results took my breath away.
Just had my pool remodeled, they have to be the best company in all of California. They arrive on time, they are very clear on payments, all the people involved were incredibly nice and wonderful to work with. They stand behind their work, would recommend to anyone. -MK
Gardner pools did a fantastic job remodeling my spa tile and my pebble tech plaster. Their crews were on time and efficient and got the work done quickly. I would recommend them to anybody needing pool remodel .I would especially like to mention two or three employees Isidro from the plastering was great.
