Phil was amazing all the way around. Have had a few pool service and repair guys come out from time to time but nobody was as thorough, had excellent communication skills and knowledge when trouble shooting and executing the repair on our pentair salt water pool system. Very professional. My wife and I couldn't be anymore pleased . I would more than recommend his servive I would encourage it and see for yourself.
Quick turn around and expertise!We called In Depth Pool Service for an overheating pump. He was able to come out and diagnose the problem quicker than anyone. Explained the issue in easy to understand terms, and had a reasonable solution without trying to upsell us.
In Depth Pool Service has serviced our pool from the beginning now totaling 8 years of excellent salt water pool care. Phillip and his crew are available for questions and solutions. When the sweeper finally stopped working, Phillip recommended an excellent, most updated tech robotic pool sweeper. It’s amazing! Bottom line: trust your pool health to Phillip and In Depth.

I do not do write reviews on a regular basis so when I do its because my experience has been way above the norm. Phillip, Chris and Steven are the best! Phil and Chris are extremely knowledgeable and supportive.Steven is a newer member of the team and is currently doing the weekly chemical testing and is doing a great job.
