We could not be happier with our new inground pool installed by Premier! We chose Premier based on recommendations from multiple friends, and the fact that they have been around for a long time. We started the process in late March and worked with Nash; he took our vision and transformed our backyard into a stunning, resort-style oasis. He told us that we would be able to swim in our new pool in six to eight weeks, before the end of July. The dig began the last week of May and we were able to start swimming on July 22, so the time-line projection was spot on. From the initial design consultation with Nash to the pool-school tutorial at the end of the process, the entire Premier team demonstrated absolute professionalism, clear communication, and flawless craftsmanship. Every worker that came to our home was friendly and respectful of us and our neighbors. The project was completed on budget, on time, and with zero hidden surprises. The pool looks amazing, and it is exactly what we wanted! We are very pleased that all of the pool features are managed on an app on our phones, and everything works flawlessly, so the only thing we need to worry about is planning our pool parties. We absolutely recommend Premier Pools to anyone looking for a pool/backyard transformation!
We are happy to be swimming in a beautiful pool! There were many excellent crews throughout the build phases. In addition we had many great experiences with various people we worked with and interacted with through Premier. However, I would highly recommend looking into who your pool designer and site manager would be. We had very difficult experiences with ours and encountered problems at nearly every single stage of the build. There was essentially no communication with the crews from our designer/site manager. We felt as if we were managing the pool builder ourselves. We intervened with the crews at many stages as they did not have the correct information on very important specs and features of the pool that were in the plan and contract. We also had several incorrect charges (thousands of dollars) that we had to fight to have removed. We are still working on getting responses about finding a solution for the Cabo shelf that was built at a 6” depth rather than an 8” depth per plan.I know there are many great people with Premier and your experience will vary depending on who is assigned to your project.
Premier pools did a great job on our fiberglass pool in Folsom. We were originally going to install an above ground pool and decided to get a few quotes for a gunite pool first. Obie came out and told us they had a fiberglass option. After some research, we decided to go that route and we're glad we did. The install time was extremely fast and our pool came out great! Our kids love it. The layout and size is great.Obie was super helpful throughout the whole process. All of the workers were extremely professional and did a great job throughout the whole build. Would highly recommend.
Having a swimming pool has always been a dream for my family. With our youngest children aged 11, 12, and 14, we aimed to create a backyard filled with memories that would last a lifetime. As this was our first pool, we were eager to ensure we asked all the right questions.From the very beginning, our designer, Steve Provost, impressed us immensely. He was highly professional, fully grasped our vision, and genuinely brought our family dream into reality. Once construction commenced, supervisor Elder Quintero maintained the same level of professionalism. Like Steve, Elder was consistently present on-site, addressing every question and meticulously overseeing every detail from the groundbreaking to the final cleanup.The communication throughout the process was impeccable—the team always texted us prior to their arrival, and Steve kept us informed at every stage. Additionally, they maintained a clean work environment and showed great respect for the rest of our landscaping. To top it all off, Elder and the team completed the pool a whole week ahead of schedule! It has been the best investment we've ever made; within just a week of completion, our son was already diving into the water in mid-March!Thank you, Premier Pools, for your outstanding team, professionalism, and steadfast dedication to fulfilling our wishes!

Anytime an issue or question came up, their team was responsive and easy to work with, making sure things were addressed in a timely manner. Teo was great managing the project and answering our questions on his frequent visits. All of the crews were kind and respectful of our property.Overall, the process was smooth, professional, and far less stressful than we expected.
