Horrible experience with this company. They now go by Aqua Scape Outdoor Custom Living. I should have listened to the bad reviews. I still do not have my salt system since the plaster was done which was 9/2025. The owner keeps on making excuses and delaying it. He also has not finished up other work stated in the contract. After spending 80,000 you would think the owner would be professional. Freddie is extremely unprofessional and says nothing but lies. Horrible communication. Please save yourself the headache and get a real professional.
Company has failed to resolve warranty covered plaster/structural issues. After multiple attempts to communicate(certified letter, BBB, and messenger) spa area issues remain. Contract was signed and job paid in full. Please do not use this company. Will continue to try to resolve by other means.
Mr. Padilla was extremely responsive, professional and always willing to go out of his way to meet us or answer any of our questions. The timeline discussed in the beginning was kept and true to his word, our pool was set for the July 4th celebration. A total of 6 weeks from start to finish. A very different impression from the many other contractors we had dealt with in the past. Everyone he brought in for the project was very respectful, polite and knew their craft completing their task with ease. All were even advising on how to maintain the different areas as to protect the materials with the intense heat here and care for it to last. We would highly recommend New Wave Pools & Spas as we have done already with some personal friends of ours. Thank you Freddie
I recently had a fantastic experience with New Wave Pool and Spas. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and seamless. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to all of my needs and preferences. The attention to detail and craftsmanship was evident in every aspect of the construction process. I also appreciated the communication and updates provided throughout the project. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly and to my satisfaction. Overall, I highly recommend New Wave Pool and Spas for anyone looking to build a new pool or spa.
We had a pool company that did not complete our pool and after 1 year left us with just a shell. I contacted Freddie from New Wave Pool and Spas on Tuesday the 18th of July. He had his team start the next day prepping the pool and plastered it on Thursday. His team came back on Monday and hooked up all the equipment and the water was officially flowing. The rest of the week his team was replacing tile, rock wall repair and setting up the lights to the pool. By the weekend we were good to go! I still cannot believe how fast we went (less than 10 days) from shell to a fully operational pool. Thank You Freddie and Ruthie for creating this Oasis!!!!
