We are extremely happy with our Endless Pools swim spa from Prisco Hot Tubs! Jason was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. They allowed us to try out the different models in their warehouse and provided us with confidence to make such a major purchase. The install team was also very efficient and respectful. Our deck is now complete year-round with this pool/hot tub combo addition for our home. Everyone in the household has been enjoying using the product. We had a great experience buying a hot tub from Prisco. Jason was very helpful and informative and the opposite of high pressure - he encouraged us to take our time gave good advice. He was also helpful in identifying a company to do the pad for the tub and an electrician. The finished product came out great!
We had decided to purchase a hot tub and found Prisco Hot Tubs local to us. They are open on Sunday and we came in 30 minutes before closing. We were greeted by Christian Gutierrez and he explained to us all the options we had within our budged. The deciding factor for us was how quickly we could receive it. We went back the following day and made the purchase. To our suprice, we had our delivery that same week on Thursday morning. We decided to purchase a plug in Hot Tub so that we could use it right awey and do the 220v conversion at a later time. Ofcource the Memorial weekend had to rain but that did not stop us. We decided to purchase somewhat shalow Hot Tub, Platinum St Tropez, so that our 5 year old would be in there comfortable and so far we love it. No more kids pool. From the moment I walked in, and met Frank and Christian it was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient. Christian helped me find the perfect model for my backyard, and the buying process was completely stress-free. FIrst timer, bring your bathing suit to the store !!!The delivery and installation went as smoothly as possible. The crew was right on time, very neat, and made sure my space was set up perfectly. Afterward, they walked me through everything. From the day I walked into the store Christian made it a point to keep in touch with me, but not nag or harass me. Then Christian came and finished the set up and showed me everything I needed to know about maintaining and using the spa.I had first saw a spa at the Garden state plaza mall and they never got back to me, clearly that was a sign. Searched facebook and found Prisco. Finding a local family-owned business genuinely that cares about their customers is the way to go.
