Would highly recommend The Pool Boss to anyone. From the first meeting, Chris and his team were involved and highly responsive for any questions and helpful with design, liner selection and styles. They provided all information in a timely manner and were transparent throughout. Once the project began, each stage from permitting to construction to the pool opening / orientation were seamlessly coordinated. Dan was awesome on project management, and all the contractors were great. On top of that, the entire team was very helpful and professional. And the final product looks amazing! 10/10

We simply cannot say enough positive things about The Pool Boss! With any construction project, especially one as big as installing a new pool while dealing with complex grade, you are nervous and really just hoping for the best. From the very first communications we had with Pool Boss, emails with Joanna and a meeting with Chris, we just had a good feeling about trusting them with the project. What an awesome decision we made to work with them.

Each step of the process was extremely clear, thorough and shocking to say, enjoyable! We spent a bunch of time working with Mike to walk through different designs, materials and left extremely confident in our plan. We tried working with a different pool builder before and saw how wrong this stage can go, but Mike helped us navigate it with ease. Tina smoothly handled permitting, Jessica coordinated scheduling and was always 3+ steps ahead. The construction phase went incredibly smooth thanks to Matt’s constant communication and frequent presence on-site. We learned so much from Dan regarding the equipment and operation. Joanna was extremely responsive to any questions we had throughout the entire process and Tyler had us feeling like pool experts after our onboarding.

Every single person we worked with at The Pool Boss was knowledgeable, responsive, kind and excellent at what they do. The process they’ve defined ensures you’re never in the dark and that the end result is even better than you could have imagined, all even faster than we anticipated/hoped for.

We have been using The Pool Boss for the past two summers and the service has been absolutely exceptional. Don is the best! He comes weekly and takes care of our pool (and, as a bonus, entertains our kids!). He spends a lot of time making sure the chemicals are balanced, the pool is clean, water is filled and the heater is set. He is meticulous and cares so much about his work. We have young children and he always wants to make sure the pool is clean and safe for them. Using The Pool Boss for our weekly maintenance puts us at ease because we know our pool is being taken care of properly, will always look great, and we don’t have to worry. Lisa is incredibly responsive and quickly addresses and resolves any issues that arise. Pool Boss built our pool for the prior owners of our house and eight years in, it looks brand new (thanks to upkeep by The Pool Boss!) We highly recommend using The Pool Boss!
