Extremely quick resolution. Prompt and efficient process from initial call to the Enterprise store to tech on-site scheduling. Cory was knowledgeable, courteous and quickly resolved all our issues. Highly recommend Cory as a tech and great to have a pool supply/repair business in our area.
The best pool company around. Caleb is awesome. He is so prompt and professional in keeping my pool balanced and working properly. He helps with suggestions on how to manage my timers for the pump and Polaris. Cory always lets me know when he is on his way and the area is always clean after he is finished with repairs. And Patric is great about keeping me informed about the cost of repairs and Michelle is wonderful about getting my repairs scheduled ASAP and keeping me informed on the dates to expect them. The whole team at Pinch a Penny (Enterprise) are the best.
Every time I go in here the employees act like they don't want to help. A lady was helping my husband try to find something so I was just browsing and the man working was super rude to me. We left without purchasing anything. Prices are high and service is non existent
The Enterprise store is fantastic! Patric, Michelle, and Alex do a great job patiently helping us understand everything we need to know about the upkeep of our pool. Cody is a prompt and knowledgeable tech who has come out several times to spot a problem and then immediately fix it for us! Everyone is so kind and patient as they explain and teach correct processes and procedures. Their store is very accessibly located at Westgate Shopping Center and stocked full of products and supplies. They certainly are a full-service pool store from in-store sales and service, to pool and spa maintance and repairs, to regular pool cleaning services, and more!
Very nice location, staff was great. Needed a simple $30 common replacement part but was not excited to see that the price was double the manufacturers online price with free shipping. I don’t see the value in paying $60 for the part. Don’t mind paying a bit more locally but 100% markup is disappointing.
