I had a severe algae issue in my pool and I was having a wedding party at my house in the coming few days, popped into the store,gave the woman behind the counter my story, Tested my water and the levels were pretty good. She recommended a product that they had in stock, gave it a goWithin 24 hours my pool was clear as a bell, and safe to swim in... I will always recommend Colleys for your pool needs. Great expertise and advice right when I needed... Forever a customer... Thanks again...
Just bought a house. Called them up to have a pool opened. Explained I’ve never owned a pool before and not sure what condition the closing process was in. Asked if they do complete pool openings start to finish. They ensured they did. They came and pumped the water off the cover. Hooked some hoses up. Got to some leaves at the bottom. Said they can’t finish the job until July. Said they had no more time to spend on finishing the job. The guy handling it had a crap attitude and was just trying to get out of there because it was the end of the day. The service was not complete with what I thought I was paying for. Was told well we aren’t a landscaping company nothing we can do but yet the guy said they would come back in July and they could do it then. Not sure how that makes sense. Poor customer service. I would highly recommend finding a better company.I informed your service manager that I would do my best to get the water off in the day only I was told it needed to be off. When I called in March no one told me that needed handled after I told him I have never owned a pool hence why I called you. Again no one said a buddy or friend is coming to help get the water off. Now you are becoming liars. Don’t put words in my mouth. Again crap service and terrible customer service. Next time don’t lie and say you can handle a job when clearly your staff and the company can’t handle some leaves.
