Not one bit surprised by the rating. Seems to be all pool companies or most suck. Contacted him, he blew us off then showed up 2 weeks later for estimate. My husband contacted him a few times with no response at all. Literally just ignored us. Glad we learned before we got fully involved that this guy sucks at communication.
One of their drivers cut me off today. When I was turning a few blocks later they yelled at me and flipped me off. I called the place of business and left a message. A return call a few minutes later answered all my questions. The owner was rude, said I needed to learn to drive then called me rude, ignorant and an a..hole. I cannot believe an owner would be so ridiculous. Very unprofessional from The truck driver to the owner. ( for all I know it was one and the same) he even called my number back and left a 24 second message on my ignorance. Unbelievable! Anything for a car cam at that time. I did save the voice mail.
I've been using this service for 5 years now. I've been very pleased. They open and close me every year. They installed a new liner in my inground pool 3 years ago, just when covid was ending. There were no problems with ordering or the install. The guys were professional and thorough, and they come when expected. I would recommend to anyone.
Based on how you act on the road, I would NEVER use your services. Please learn how to drive sir. There is a law called “tailgating” that requires a safe distance between you and other vehicles. You were so close to my rear bumper that I could’ve caught corona if you had it.If it happens again you will be reported.
This is a totally fake business. Hence the poor rating that still stands a year after this review. The owner is a con-artist and does extremely poor work. Every time I had contact with him last year, he was high on cocaine and I could smell the alcohol on his breath I'm not even sure if he qualifies as having any talent whatsoever when it comes to installing pools. Many pictures taken during installation prove this. Showed up at this address to collect a business invoice and was greeted by a woman who explained that this business has never existed at this address and that it is her personal home. When I tried to contact the owner to have him fix the poor workmanship and improper handling of the liner that caused multiple holes in a brand new liner, I was screamed at and berated as a customer. Have contacted the BBB about this fraudulent business.
