After this winter, we had some concerns with our above ground pool. We had a difficult time finding someone to look at our pool through the company we bought our pool from. Luckily we found My Pool Guys. From the start, Tiffani was very responsive when I first reached out and throughout the process. Very nice and professional. When Kevin came out to inspect our pool, he seemed very knowledgeable about pools. He provided his opinions and even information about pool maintenance that I never knew, even after 8 years owning this pool. Kevin went above and beyond to help address an immediate issue.
