We are new owners to in ground pool, and the guys at Pool Doctor came and fixed things and got the pool up and running for us! They took the time explain what they did, and how we keep everything running smoothly! They were so efficient and kind! They are coming back to change the pool to salt water, and I look forward to working with them again! Highly recommend them all—Andrew the owner has been wonderful as well!

First time pool owner, came with the house I purchased last year. Andrew has been very patient with me in explaining how things work. Most of my equipment was 12 years old, so this spring he's replaced a few items and now things are working great again. Very prompt in responding even though this is his busy time.

Another friend of mine has used him for years, and gave me the recommendation. Glad he did!

Update: I'm 8 years now of using their services. Still responsive and still great, and I tend to ask alot of questions about the pool so I appreciate that alot

We have been using the The Pool Doctor for 3 years now. They open & close our pool every year. Andrew and his team have always been professional and helpful in every way possible. They are knowledgeable and happy to teach.

Andrew does not nickle and dime his customers. He focuses on customer service and making sure we understand what we need, how to do it & that our pools are taken care of.

I 100% recommend The Pool Doctor.

Thank Andrew to and your team.

Pool Doctor has amazing service and you will not be disappointed. Do you know when you contact a contractor or professional that never calls you back or takes forever to follow up with you? Well, Andrew is the owner and he is the complete opposite of that. Expect amazing service and calls back / follow ups. I even text him at this point. He has my pool fixed up with salt, a new pump, cover, new liner, heater, and it works 10x better than it ever had in the past. I have a new spa going in a few weeks and working with Andrew has been fast and easy. The pool doctor uses excellent equipment that will last and work well. My new pump is working so well and it uses 5x less power so it is paying for itself. So, if you are looking for cheap junk to install yourself this is not your guy, but if you want your pool and spa working great - then call Andrew.

Frequently Asked Questions

Homeowners frequently book pool openings and closings, equipment troubleshooting, and liner replacement. Many also request saltwater system conversions and upgrades to pumps or heaters for older in-ground pools.

Yes. Technicians typically walk through the equipment, show how it operates, and explain routine care. The goal is to leave you confident about daily and weekly maintenance.

Spring bookings fill up quickly, so it’s best to schedule several weeks in advance. Timing can vary with weather, but many homeowners target late spring to balance water temperature and debris levels.

Signs include noticeable fading, wrinkles that won’t smooth out, leaks, or brittle spots. A site visit can confirm the liner’s condition and whether repair or full replacement makes more sense.

It can be, especially when paired with updated equipment. An evaluation of your existing plumbing, power, and equipment pad helps determine the right salt system and any needed upgrades.
