It is really great to be able to get supplies delivered to our home. The people on the phone when ordering were very friendly and helpful. The delivery person was very friendly as well. Good experience all around.
Emerald pool and patio opened up15 min early to take care of me! Great customer service! They analyzed my pool water quickly, helped me get the right products and provided a step by step guide to add the chemicals needed. They have also provided me pool equipment repair and prompt home pool services in the past! I keep going back due to their wonderful customer service and frequent sale prices!!

I have purchest many things at the Eugene store. The employes that help me went out of their way to make sure that every thing was correct on my order. If i needed service it was taken care or in a reasonable time. I highly recomend both stores.
We purchased a new spa here a few years ago. They have always been fair and honest people. We since sold that home and moved to another with a Caldera salt spa which the people at Emerald also have helped me with weekly suggestions on chemicals to keep everything like new.
