We purchased our swim spa at Aquaquip but haven't been pleased with their service so when we needed a new cover, we thought we would try out Olympic. Joey Alvarez was so helpful and really went the extra mile for us. We had to order a customer top since they don't sell our brand of swim spa but Joey made all the connections for us. When we had questions, he chased down the answers for us. He is an awesome partner and I highly recommend!
My wife Bev and I bought a Hot Tub from Joey Alvarez at your Everett store.We have held off because of cost and expense; however, after meeting with Joey he helped us find the right hot tub that fits our needs and budget.He met with us and took the time to walk us through the steps and answered all the questions we had. Not one time did he try to oversale us. He was completely dedicated to us while we were there.It is good to work with a true professional that takes the time to make sure we were comfortable with our decision.
Absolutely best experience working with David; Joey also helped us. Our hot tub of 20 years needed replacement so our family of 6 began the search for a new one. We use our hot tub about 5 days a week, so we wanted to get this right. We started at Olympic because they have been in our area for a long time. We researched online and found good things. Liked what we saw on our first visit. David and Joey answered all our questions. Then we visited every hot tub store from Arlington to Kirkland. No comparison. From the kind of jets and features we like, to the warranty, the quality, and especially the service from David, the decision was easy. Then we had fun--we put our swim suits on and tested Olympics hot tubs. Just a blast. We ordered our tub and got a super Memorial Day special. Joey was great at helping me and my mom replace our 30-year old Olympic Hot Springs tub! (Yes, that’s right, our old tub lasted 30 years!) He answered all our questions, helped us find the right tub for our usage, explained the new salt water system, and help us with a great financing option that was available. He was friendly and helpful and always available for follow up questions! We really appreciate his great customer service!
We have recently purchased a new hot tub from Olympic Hot Tub where we had the pleasure of working with David. We were putting the hot tub into a space that was going to be tricky to figure out and David could not have been more helpful. He had no problem troubleshooting, thinking outside of the box, or calling in the big guns when necessary. We appreciate his help so much and look forward to working with him if we have any needs or hot tub questions in the future. One of our main priorities was buying from a company that we felt could provide excellent customer service if we should need it, and Olympic Hot Tub (David specifically), have exceeded out expectations.
