The Hot Tub Store is a first rate company. We had a very positive experience from the time we purchased our hot tub at Costco (at a very good price) to the orientation with the charming and informative Benjamin Williams. He explained everything about the hot tub. We signed up to have the valet service where their rep will take care of our hot tub once a month. We would definitely recommend this company.
Isaac, Dustin and Benjamin were wonderful. They helped me get just what I wanted at great price. They previewed the space to ensure I considered all factors. When it arrived, Benjamin was out the same day to set it up, check connections and ensure everything was perfect! I love the tub, the service and the professionalism. Bravo!
We waked into the Hot Tub Store in Fairfield not planning to buy but were so thrilled with the spas available, Dustin’s banter and allowing us to joke around while we learned about the features and trying to get a bigger discount. (The price was what we knew we would spend). The after care, installation and then the training after it was all hooked up with Daniel made it stress free and we feel ready to soak without worries. Would do it all again without a hesitation.

Our experience was the best. Idalia even stayed passed closing time to answer any of the questions we had. She thoroughly explained pros & cons of the different tubs and even got us a bargain! My family are always calling her and asking her for help now that the tub has been delivered and she gladly helps with a smile. Idalia is the best!! We are now enjoying our hot tub to the fullest.
