These guys are awesome! Our pool looks amazing. Billy and his whole team did great. Customer service has been awesome. It looks exactly like I wanted it too. I highly recommend them.
If I could give it a zero star, I would.For about 2 years this was a great company to work with. about 10 months ago, things turned badly. Suddenly I was getting charged over a $100 more per month in additional supplies. My pool kept constantly turning green and nothing was fixing it. The excuse was always that it was raining too much... but that was never an issue before. It turns out the salt cell was never cleaned, therefore, it wasn't producing chlorine. Instead of recommending to clean it, they kept charging for more and more products with a monthly bill reaching $400 and then they finally told us we had to replace it.The new small, local company we hired, took a quick look at it and in a matter of two weeks the salt cell was working perfectly without any large expense.I don't recommend this Classic Pools. Poor communication, not reliable and dishonest.
New pool owner, major weekend disaster caused by my husband involving busted pieces of the pump….after looking all over Baldwin County I ended up here. Should have been here first! Haven was so friendly and helpful, she dug around in their hot warehouse through spare parts to find what I needed. So great!!!!
Very happy with the finished pool. There were a few issues, but they have been resolved. We are new to owning a pool so some of the communication could have been better since we didn't understand some of the process or issues. Overall we would recommend Classic Pools and will utilize them in the future for any pool needs.
