Ulrich Pool Company

The jet pump on my Jacuzzi 575 gave out over the weekend, so I wrote in to Jacuzzi of Fargo on a Sunday. Ulrich Pool Company came out Monday and fixed it fast & perfectly. Even had the exact pump I needed on hand ready to go. Couldn't be more happy with the prompt responses from Kristi on a Sunday evening, and awesome crew coming out the next day. Kristi, Dave, & Jackson thank you so so much. The tub is running perfect again! They even helped fix some burned out lights during the visit. Above & beyond! Much love!!!! ??

This is the second time my family used this company to install a fiberglass pool - we moved houses and said a pool absolutely needed to be in the new one. There’s no one I trusted more! Kristi and Wyatt were amazing and responsive. They were knowledgeable about some design challenges I had, along with timeline and contractors. Their communication was more than timely and always personal and warm. They have become like family There’s no one else I’d rather use, and I’ve referred many families to them!!!!
