We use the Airport Road location in Hot Springs. The folks there are familiar faces and always helpful. We enjoy going here to get our water tested by Bill. He's a character and very knowledgeable of water systems. Mrs. Loretta is also helpful with water samples. They are all very knowledgeable of products and what chemicals we might need for our pool. Keep the ones you have there!!
Worst expirence I've had with any contractor. We made our expectations clear, established the work area, property lines, where to stage equipment, etc. We made it clear that we would take our business elsewhere if our expectations could not be met and we were assured with many empty promises that Burton would follow through. During the project they seemed to use my list of what not to do as a check list of what to accomplish. They drove heavy equipment over literally every place on my property and neighbors property they were told not to. One place that left me particularly upset was a place in my yard(well outside the construction area) that has many utility lines that should not ever have equipment on. They really liked driving through that area with a full sized excavator, dump truck with trailer, 3/4ton with trailer and a loaded concrete truck. They had agreed to stay out of that area before starting the project but had to be told repeatedly during to stay off it. The best part of the whole project was getting Burton Pools& Spas off my property. My advice would be use someone else.10 month update! Due to the poorly installed electrical components we've had two instances ( within 2 months)that our pump/filter are unable to run. Unfortunately both times have happened during Holidays that we made plans around the use of our pool. The first time was due to a poorly sealed panel that allowed moisture into the components inside causing the breaker to continually trip. It took 3 weeks and many phone calls to get Burton Pools and spas to come make the repairs. Now approximately a month later the breaker has tripped and will not reset. Now we are forced to cancel our 4th of July plans around the pool. Nobody wants to swim in stagnant unfiltered pool water. There is also no support to get these issues resolved right before a holiday. Burton Pools and spas let's everyone off except for their sales team. They value their holiday plans while I get to cancel mine due to the inferior products they sold me!
I had a great experience with the prompt efficient service by David and Anthony. They are a great duo! They fixed a broken pipe, added a collar and helped program our system. David wrote the bill and separated it as needed and they were on their way. These men were courteous and willing to help in any way. I will definitely call and ask for them again if i have a problem.
Burton Pools Techs David and Anthony are AMAZING!I made the unfortunate mistake this year of contacting Seaside Pools to open my pool in April... Although my pool equipment including the pump and plumbing was new last year, after the pool was opened there was a leak coming from the top of the pump. My equipment is inside our pool house, so leaks are a problem, especially when they flood out the bathroom. I contacted seaside to resolve the issue, which they nonchalantly attempted to fixed multiple times, charging me each time for service calls and parts that did not fix anything; the leak remained. Finally in June after extensive damage to my sink vanity and cedar planks in the bathroom, I decided it was time to call another company. I called Burton Pools and they arrived a few days later. An issue that Seaside COULD NOT figure out in months, David and Anthony due to their experience and competence, were able to pinpoint and remedy within 1 hour. THE LEAK IS FIXED! Thank you Burton for hiring individuals that are educated in pool service and that are focused and care about their customers. These are very rare qualities now a days.
I had a new pool liner put in by Burton, Dylan Colton and Mario Horacio’s crews did a fantastic job. I couldn’t be more pleased on how efficiently they worked. When small problems came up they came right back out to fix them. I would highly recommend using Burton for any liner replacement needs. Thank you!
