Phenomenal experience with Derik and his Crew. From the very beginning communication was great. Derick made sure questions were answered and that my family and I were taken care of asap to get my pool up to code and operable in time for the summer. Him and his crew were very professional from start to finish only took them one whole day. If you want someone who is dependable, knowledgeable and acts in a professional manner, call Elite Pools. I called on a Wednesday because the person that was supposed to do some work for me on my pool didn’t show up. The gentleman said he would try his best to come out Friday. Thursday afternoon he called me and said he finished a job early and could fit me in. They came and not only did the job we discussed over the telephone, but he put a part on for me at no extra charge. The price was perfect! Thank you Elite Pools!
I couldn’t be happier with the service Elite Pools has provided over the years. My pool was built in 2021, and Derrick guided me through the entire process from start to finish. The pool and stamped concrete were completed on time and without any issues. Since then, whenever I’ve needed general pool maintenance, Derrick has been quick to respond, helping troubleshoot and fix any concerns. Elite Pools has consistently delivered excellent service, and I highly recommend them to anyone considering a pool project.
Elite Pools did an absolutely amazing job! Derrick & his team created my very own personal backyard vacation retreat & I absolutely love it! Everything turned out even better than I imagined. It's beyond beautiful. Im super happy & excited for this summer!In the middle of the project we asked if we could add a concrete slab to connect the pool to my patio, and Derrick made it happen with no problem. Even without it, everything would have been amazing, but adding it just elevated the whole space even more. It all came together so beautifully, & I’m just so thankful and grateful!Derrick & his team are so down to earth & great to work with.
