Love this store! I started shopping here about 8 years ago, and will not go anywhere else for my pool needs. The employees in the store are professional yet personable, especially Tony and Lindsay, and are never pushy about selling chemicals and products. The service reps that have come to my house to service my pool equipment are just as great. I’ve recommended them to friends and family without hesitation and hope others see this review and will visit them as well.
Scott Pools is an amazing service provider. I’ve used them since 1989 and their level of customer focus has always been 100%. They offer many ways to communicate and get what I need done quickly and efficiently. I can text, call, email, go in person to the store. Everyone I interact with is friendly, caring, and makes it a very pleasant experience. They are responsive, professional, knowledgeable. Their work is exemplary. It is an example of old school service, which is very valuable. If you are considering installing a pool or have an existing pool of any age, they can meet all your needs. I highly recommend Scott Pools, a longtime family business.
I went in looking for a robot to help me clean my pool. I had an idea of what I wanted, but didn't really know the difference between them. Lindsay did a great job of helping me out. Also, I had my two year old running around the store with a pool noodle, and they were all very patient with us. Much appreciated.
