Used this company when I bought a house with a pool that was a mess. They came out multiple times with minimal improvements and never cleared up completely. Meanwhile they charged me a ton. I made multiple phone calls asking for help and they sent mostly young boys that seemed very new and inexperienced. I changed to Danny the pool man and at his first visit he determined the pump was clogged with debris and within days had the pool looking great!! They are only getting more than one star because every one I dealt with was nice it’s just that nothing actually changed and it was a pretty basic problem.
My husband and I recently bought our first home and had no experience with pools, so we really appreciated the help. Courtney was incredibly kind and patient while answering all of my questions when I called to schedule. The technicians who came out were just as helpful, getting the pool opened and walking us through the next steps in a way that felt easy to understand. We had a great experience from start to finish and will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend!
Great service!I was VERY happy that the technician that came to diagnose and repair my hot tub found the problem quickly. He had a great depth of knowledge and knew what to look for immediately after hearing my hot tub pump run. And, thankfully, it was a very minor issue that he found and remedied and my hot tub was pumping at full power within just a few minutes. And, he gave me some other great operating tips while he was here. It was WELL worth the service fee charge. I will use them again if I have any more issues with the hot tub.
They show up when they say they will, they do the job and they’re gone. What more could you ask for. Always pleasant to deal with. Never a problem. Ive been using them for years for opening and closing the pool. Last fall they installed a new winter cover. Worked like a charm.
I genuinely don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this one feels necessary.I was charged $722 to have my hot tub cleaned, filled, and chemically balanced—and I’m still trying to figure out what exactly justified that price. For context, the hot tub was already empty and didn’t need any repairs. The technician spent maybe 30 minutes actually cleaning it. The rest of the appointment? Waiting for it to fill with water. At the end, he added some chemicals, tested it, and left. That’s it.I fully understand that time has value—but paying over $700 for what was essentially a basic clean and then watching water fill a tub feels… excessive. There was nothing complex, nothing labor-intensive, and nothing that would justify that kind of cost. And here’s the part that really gets me: had I known that most of what I was paying for was “waiting time,” I would have gladly handled the filling and chemical balancing myself. This is very much a situation where a little transparency upfront would have gone a long way.I don’t fault the technician personally—he did what he came to do—but the pricing structure feels wildly out of proportion to the service provided. This ended up being an expensive lesson as a first-time hot tub owner: sometimes you’re better off watching a few YouTube videos and doing it yourself.Unfortunately, I won’t be using this company again.
