Here at 1040am hours say open at 10 and doors are locked and no one here. Owner responded that they had an emergency. Completely understandable. Changing star rating.UPDATE: Stopped by again because google said open and sign says closed for season. Find a different place for your needs as their hours are not accurate and you will likely waste a trip
I have been a customer of Blue Hawaiian for years now. When I call it’s like talking with family. From there service department to install team and everyone involved with this company I can’t say enough good things. I recently purchased a new hot tub at their new location from Dave. The experience was above and beyond my expectations from the interaction with Dave to the install team if you’re looking for a pool or a hot tub there is no other company.
New location spoke with Ashley and sent Adam and Justin out to my house to measure a pool cover. Service is amazing and friendly at the end of summer ordered a cover came in after a week. Spoke to Ashley and set an appointment to put the cover on the guys came back put my cover back in the channel plus installed the new cover. If you have not tried them yet I recommend them highly. Plus there lobby is incredible to come in and look. And they do FREE WATER TESTING to make sure your pool chemicals are spot on.
We found this Pool store by accident driving down Hill rd and stopped in. Dave was very knowledgeable & helpful. He answered all our questions and they have a great supply of chemicals & just about anything you need for your pool or hot tub! Highly recommend going there for all pool and hot tub needs, we will definitely be back!
