We had a great experience working with Midwest pools and Scott Hoover the owner. The install went smooth and on time.After the pool was installed anytime I had a question and called Scott, he always either answered or got right back with me ASAP.Scott really seems to care about his customers and wants to make sure they are happy.
I am finally giving a review about Midwest pools as I became a Customer of theirs since end of 2021 when pool was installed and since then it’s been not been properly working since installing. I had upgraded the system meaning lights upgraded, stone to spillover jacuzzi was upgraded ( still leaks from stone under waterfall) fixed twice. has a couple of cracks in the concrete near deep end of the pool still not fixed, I’m told last week they can’t fix on their end the upgrades we purchased before it was installed and ordered. The first step walking into the pool didn’t have the protective non-slip coding on it since it was FINALLY put in last year, mind you I had a bad leg injury in 2019 and I literally had to scoot on my butt to get down on the ground to get into my pool so I didn’t fall getting in when it was too slippery. I’m so upset and so disappointed that my issues with my pool have Not been resolved and fixed since they took my money to get our business, yet still on what apparently is a waiting list for those who pay for their pools to be installed, you have to wait for others getting their installed first as a customer we were not put first as should of been considering it was all paid in full. It’s now Memorial Day 2026 and I can’t use my pool cause nothing is working properly. The app system doesn’t work properly either. It’s ridiculous. It takes an awful lot to get me this angry and disgusted how my pool was opened yet not functioning properly yet again but they have the audacity to send me an itinerary for paying to open the pool but ya, can’t use it. Makes alot of sense. I will continue to make reviews constantly now. Things need to be fixed. I have to have a big surgery soon yet can’t enjoy my pool till then. I am so upset and hurt to be treated like this. I have neighbors that have come to my door over these years having it, as it looks beautiful, and they wanna know how the process was, it’s pretty said saying “ well I’m still waiting” as a customer I should of had it all fixed without someone on their end being rude like the guy last week telling me the upgraded lights that I paid for can’t be put in.. ummm wonder if it was any issues cashing the check for installation? It wasn’t. But sure treated like it was.Yvonne C
Highly recommend Midwest. From the first time we met Steve and he walked us through their products and process, to picking out what works best for our backyard, excavation, installation, gas, electric, cement. Thank god for Kyle teaching us how to work everything (since we never had a pool before), we couldn’t be happier.My husband really liked how Midwest handled all aspects of pool from design, layout, permits, and everything else from start to finish including all their contractors (which were fabulous).We love our new pool and can’t wait to create many more years of memories with our family and friends.Only regret is we should have done this years ago ;)

We have had our pool for 6 years now and still love it. Midwest was easy to work with and installed quickly. We are so happy we went with Fiberglass. It is easy to maintain and looks beautiful.
