Ivan @ Tak-it-EZ was a lifesaver! My friend 67) is a recent widow & Im helping her navigate unfamiliar tasks like maintaining her in ground pool. She has an older pump needing repairs so I was researching parts.Ivan patiently answered my many questions ( 5 min to closing) and provided useful information. Even tho I was frustrated after calling other pool places & getting nowhere, he remained polite & professional. I wish I had called Tak-It-EZ Pool & Spa first. Excellent service!

Was referred by another pool supply store. Joe helped me diagnose and repair a faulty wet end for my spa. Friendly, helpful and experienced. I’ll drive the 20 minutes, no problem. AND they open on Sunday!
***BEWARE OVERPRICED AND NO RETURNS*** have been to this local store a couple times in prior years but this time was an eye opener.?? Extreme heat, our Intex sand filter hose cracked. Priced them at Leslie's 24.99, priced them at Amazon and other places and all around the same price. We ended up walking in to tak Tak it EZ -pool supply. No price on the product. We picked up other items as well and checked out. Didn't notice until our drive home I was charged $44.88 this small hose. Intex filter hose 1.5" 59".I immediately call and rep said that was the correct price. I explained Leslie's has it for less and I would like to return. That was a no go!! He said they do not accept returns.Everyone do your due diligence and check out other stores before coming here. Needs better customer service as well. We literally just left the parking and couldn't take it back. Bad
