Love the service and care the Patio Splash team gives us. We’ve had our bullfrog spa 5+ years and it runs as good as the day it was installed.We had a recent mishap this month where pea gravel got tossed in the spa. Patio Splash quickly found a time to fit us in for an emergency clean and yearly service. KC, their spa tech, was prompt and very careful to run all the lines and made sure all gravel was out (saving us from more expensive repairs!).Stellar service all around both in-store and on-site. My hot tub was delivered yesterday and the whole team at Patio Splash has been top notch. From Steven at the Firestone store, to Kai, Curtis, and Conner who delivered the spa, to Tisha and Janet at the office, all have been very professional and courteous. The delivery went smooth and every care was taken to protect the spa and to instruct me on the maintenance. I would highly recommend Patio Splash.
I stopped by Patio Splash in Firestone and had a great experience. Karissa helped me as soon as I walked in and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. She walked me through several hot tub options, clearly explaining features and pricing without any pressure.She was very knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. We have a bullfrog hot tub and Nick has been out several times and has really do a great job helping us maintain our hot tub. I highly recommend patio splash for the purchase of your hot tub and Nick as your service guy. He is the best!!
I would give 10 stars if possible. I had the most exceptional experience with Patio Splash. Tisha is unbelievable with how helpful and generous and knowledgeable she is. I waited too long to search for a hot tub before Christmas for my family, but Tisha was able to help me pick out an excellent hot tub, the maple M620, that they had in stock and delivered in time for my family to enjoy for our Christmas present. Every moment of the process was easy and caring. The delivery was so smooth, and the guys who did our delivery were some of the nicest, most helpful people I’ve ever encountered. I got an excellent deal for a high-end hot tub that isn’t at a high-end price. Tisha has been available and helpful every step of the way, even getting on FaceTime with me once the hot tub was delivered and we were figuring out all of the intricacies of using it to get the advantage of all the great features. I can’t stress strongly enough how much I would recommend Patio Splash. It was a caring, no pressure experience, with exceptional skillfulness, and customer service all the way through.
