Jack at spa palace was exceptional!!! His knowledge of all types of spas they offer along with other brands made the decision easy. After our initial consultation he made a couple of recommendations which we look into on the spot. After reviewing the options and knowing what we needed for our everyday enjoyment along with some of my wife’s back problems the decision was EASY! We found that one of the recommended spas was not only better than most brands quality/performance, even at just a mid tier, it fell within our budget and gave us an amazing experience while enjoying the spa after installation. Jack know his stuff and has been a tremendous resource moving forward for all things from maintenance to how to keep the spa usable even on a 100 defeee day. Thanks Jack. He is always so helpful with maintenance questions and makes sure you get the best deal on parts and supplies, even if that means buying them elsewhere. Our Sundance Optima is still working great after 10 years!
We bought a Jacuzzi from Spa palace many moons ago. Over the years, Don has been nothing short of amazing with service calls and repairs. Yesterday he replaced the motherboard (original showed 08/2002 manufacturing date) and circulation pump. His attention to detail is incredible! He is always trying to help us save money on repairs, and never tries to push unnecessary work. I very highly recommend Spa Palace for a new hot tub or service!!!
Would highly recommend Spa Palace and Jack in particular. We started our spa search with him and he was knowledgeable, informative, and no-pressure. Delivery and set-up was quick and they hauled away our old spa, which made it easy for us. Very happy with our purchase.
We bought our Sundance Montclair spa at Spa Palace a number years ago. Since then, we have consistently been able to get the right supplies, accessories, and technical expertise from Monty and the team. Today we had to have Don come out for a service call and two minor repairs. He was able to complete the work quickly, showing deep knowledge of our tub. We highly recommend Spa Palace.
