We purchased a Hot Springs Hot tub a few months back from Rec Pools and Spas. We weren’t sure how to balance and properly maintain our salt system. We left it to a pool maintenance company. Bad idea-they treated it like a pool and it turned green over salted it and it had to be drained and reset. I spoke to Stephen and he talked me through everything-step by step. He responded quickly and efficiently-he was super patient and very informative! I would highly recommend asking for Stephen if you’re thinking of purchasing a new hot tub! We love ours and now know how easy it is to maintain! Very happy with his customer service!

Rec Pool and Spa is the only place I would go to buy my above ground pool because they have quality products and they know what you need to be able to put a package together to give you everything you will need for a high-quality set up from choosing which pool to buy & all the options and accessories, also professional installation. So don’t waste your time anywhere else just go there and ask for Rich. He sold us our first pool about 10 years ago at Rec Pool and Spa hooked us up with everything we needed then and a professional install were they completely sunk the pool in the ground. (I will include a picture of our current pool that we bought 10 years ago) Now we want a bigger better salt water pool with a heater so today he put a package together for us today, including financing to make it easily affordable. Can’t wait for the new pool to be installed! Ask for Rich when you go there he is very knowledgeable and can beat any advertised price on the market. Can’t beat that.!
