We have been using Tep’s services for over 8 years. The owners before us were also using him for over 10 years. His crew is very thorough in their work, and charges very reasonable fees compared to other companies. He puts his customers first- whenever we get visitors at the last minute and our cleaning day isn’t for a couple days, Tep himself comes to do a cleaning the same day or day after. He takes pride in his work and ensures everything is done accurately.
I have been using Tep's pool for a few years (since I bought the house where Tep was already servicing the pool). His service is reliable and he seems to be able to retain his people. I think I've had the same guy from the beginning. Tep does technical repairs himself including fixing my leak and replacing a failed pump.

Extremely disappointed with Tep’s Pool Services. They tried to charge me over $500 for a month of pool cleaning and fixing a salt chlorinator, but they barely did anything. The ‘cleaning’ consisted of dropping a net in the pool for a couple of minutes, and the chlorinator issue was never addressed. I have proof of their poor service. The pump basket was clogged from how much debris was in it. Do not waste your money—look elsewhere for a reliable pool company. HORRIBLE experience!
