Tep's Pool Services

Tep's pool came highly recommended over 7 years ago by a neighbor and from the very beginning I realized why he spoke so highly of Mr. Tep. It is such a pleasure to speak to a professional that doesn't hesitate when you have a problem, and comes over the same day to take care if it. His crew very professional always taking the time to make sure my pool sparkles and my filter is clean they are not only friendly but they take time to answer any question that you have. I highly recommend Teps Pool for all your pool needs and will stand behind him 100%. Eddie Ima Plantation Fl.

We have been using Tep’s services for over 8 years. The owners before us were also using him for over 10 years. His crew is very thorough in their work, and charges very reasonable fees compared to other companies. He puts his customers first- whenever we get visitors at the last minute and our cleaning day isn’t for a couple days, Tep himself comes to do a cleaning the same day or day after. He takes pride in his work and ensures everything is done accurately.

I have been using Tep's pool for a few years (since I bought the house where Tep was already servicing the pool). His service is reliable and he seems to be able to retain his people. I think I've had the same guy from the beginning. Tep does technical repairs himself including fixing my leak and replacing a failed pump.

I’ve been using Tep’s Pool Service for over three years and have been consistently impressed. When my old salt cell burned out, Tep offered his professional recommendation on a replacement but left the final decision up to me. He also installed piping that makes it easy for me to drain the pool when needed. From the very beginning, I’ve been extremely satisfied with his professionalism and the quality of his company’s work. I highly recommend his company to any one looking for affordable and reliable pool services.

Extremely disappointed with Tep’s Pool Services. They tried to charge me over $500 for a month of pool cleaning and fixing a salt chlorinator, but they barely did anything. The ‘cleaning’ consisted of dropping a net in the pool for a couple of minutes, and the chlorinator issue was never addressed. I have proof of their poor service. The pump basket was clogged from how much debris was in it. Do not waste your money—look elsewhere for a reliable pool company. HORRIBLE experience!
