What customers say
Customers praise responsive communication and guidance during construction, and some describe support continuing after completion. One customer says Pentair equipment began failing and, after a call to Artesian for documentation, a technician installed new lights and a chlorinator the next day.

We just experienced Artesian’s after sale warranty service and I was amazed. The Pentair equipment they installed over 2.5 years ago started failing. I thought I would have to deal with Pentair myself, so I called Artesian hoping they could provide the documentation I would need. Instead, I had new equipment (lights and chlorinator) installed by Artesian’s tech the very next day. Can’t get any better than that! Thanks, Artesian!

We were originally connected with Artesian through our builder, but ultimately ended up working with the pool company independently.
Christian was our project manager, and he truly made the entire experience. From day one, he was accommodating, responsive, and incredibly professional. We were managing much of the project from away, which can be stressful, but Christian always picked up the phone when we called to check in. He kept us informed, answered every question, and made us feel confident that our project was in good hands.
Now, over a year later, he is still reachable whenever we have questions. That kind of continued support is rare and speaks volumes about both his character and the company’s commitment to their clients.
We would absolutely use Artesian again—simply because of Christian. His dedication and customer service made all the difference.

We had Artisian Pools design and build our amazing pool. They have been wonderful to work with and have been very responsive with any warranty issues we have had. I would recommend them with full confidence. 5 Star.

Crystal and Joe's team at Artesian Pools did an excellent job building our pool.
Many decisions go into building a pool, and they were there to guide us through the process.
Update: even after the pool was built, they have helped us with numerous things along the way.
I want to give a special thanks to Rodney, Tom, and Robert for always caring for our pool.
These guys are five-star all the way. If you’re looking for professionalism matched with top-notch craftsmanship, call an ask for Crystal!
