I went to Fort Myers South East Spas store and worked with Todd. He’s very knowledgeable and I purchased a beautiful hot tub that day. But more than being a great sales person he also values his customers and was responsive, prompt and helpful when I had questions after the sale. Every store needs a person like Todd.
We bought a hot tub from Kara and her husband. We were told that if we have any issues to call them directly not the manufacturer. I’ve been calling since January, either they don’t return my call or they say “the part is on the way”. The part has been “on the way” for 3 months. And, I’m still waiting for a return call. You may want to rethink purchasing from here.
Forget the Pool... Our Swimspa from SouthEast Spa is the best investment in our home we have ever made... It is everything and then some... Easy to maintain, Super efficient on electric use, easy to install... Todd is great to work with and we can't wait to buy another one...
I had a fantastic experience with South east spa while shopping for a swim spa. From the moment I walked in, the staff were knowledgeable and incredibly helpful, guiding me through the various options to find the perfect model for my needs.The showroom was well-organized, allowing me to see and experience different swim spa models firsthand. I appreciated the detailed explanations and the lack of pressure to make a quick decision. The customer service was top-notch, and they took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns.
This company and the staff are fantastic. If you like excellent customer service, then this is the place for you. Mike Garvey and Ron are great. They know everything about their products and then some. They have absolutely no problem answering questions (and we had plenty). We had a delay of 3 months getting our patio installed due to the weather, etc. Master Spas held the delivery of our Clarity 8 hot tub for us with no problem. Mike G. just gave us a curtesy call to check in on how things are going. What a good man! If I had to buy another hot tub, I would go here in a NY minute.
