Had issues with pool turning green after deck pavers were pressure cleaned and sealed. My existing pool company couldn't figure it out. They just told me it wasn't algae and the chemical levels looked okay. I called Chris at Transparent Pool Service and described the issue and sent him a picture. He immediately already had an idea of what the problem was and was confident he could fix it. I let his company take over and begin working on the problem. In less than 2 weeks he and his tech Kyle had my pool sparkling clear blue again. They both made multiple visits throughout the process and stayed on top of things. My other company only made one visit a week to my area and would address the issue during those visits. I felt that Chris and Kyle took a personal interest in getting my pool cleared up so it was usable again. Their prompt and immediate response was impressive and probably saved my pool finish from staining. Upon my first contact with them regarding this matter, I was scheduled for next day service. I was impressed with the owner coming out here personally to further assess and treat the problem. Kyle did a great job with his follow ups and servicing of the pool. This is why I will only deal with local owner/operated companies. I am very happy with them and have canceled my service with the prior company. Their rates are the same as what I was previously paying but I feel im getting a much better service. I would highly recommend this company to everyone. Their problem solving abilities and pool cleaning services are top notch. They know what they're doing. Thanks guys.
