Tredway builds a great pool with amazing service throughout. However what shines as much are the people through the build and support afterwards through construction, maintenance and service in the store. Luke and team are wonderful people. Highly recommend all the way around!
We’ve relied on Tredway for service, chemicals, and advice since the installation of our pool in 2023. They always greet you with a smile, willingness to help and make you feel like you’re part of a giant pool family. Service is always very personable. It’s impressive that they remember your name or even the fact that you’ve been struggling with specific pool chemical issues. I can’t say enough about how happy I am with our choice to have Tredway install our pool. It’s hard to find this level of service these days.
Me and my wife just bought this house, neither of us have ever had an inground pool before, it did not have a heater but we stopped out at Treadway they were nothing but helpful and wanted to make sure that we knew what we were getting into, even comparing an inground pool to a toddler which made more sense to both of us than anything. The two guys who came out to install our heater were friendly, professional, and nothing but helpful. I cannot recommend another pool company in Fort Wayne More highly than Treadway!
From beginning to end, the Tredway team "over" communicated, "over" serviced, and "over" achieved. We really have to thank the entire Tredway team for all that they did. Sure, John is who you will talk to the most regarding initial design, $$, schedule, etc., but it is Darryl, Ray, Joe, and the rest of the guys that are moving the dirt and installing. All of Tredway endured my constant questions. And while the final design isn't dramatically different from the first time we met, the team was nimble enough for a few changes. Make sure you do your research...do you want fiberglass or vinyl liner (we chose fiberglass). Chlorine or salt water...etc.Even though the construction is completed, the service has not stopped. I visit Jenna and Lauren a few times a week to check my water. They are patient and answer all of my questions.
1.5-year update: Just wanted to update this review and say that the 5-star review I originally posted is still well deserved. Tredway has helped me keep our pool crystal clear and running smoothly for the past year and a half. Their staff has been extremely helpful and flexible during this ridiculous 2020 year and I cannot thank them enough for being willing to intercede on our behalf when manufacturers were experiencing product shortages and backorders. Keep up the great work!Tredway just put in an in-ground pool for us and we absolutely could not be happier with the service, communication, and quality of the finished product we received. The entire build process was very fast and I was contacted every day by either John or Eric with updates to let me know how it was going and what to expect. John did an excellent job of explaining the whole process, from ordering to completion and even beyond, where he described how to maintain the pool. My wife and I have been astounded at the service we've received, which has always been friendly, courteous, and prompt. We're both so grateful we chose this company to install our pool!
