Suhil responded almost immediately and let me know he would stop by the next morning—and he did exactly that.He quickly identified and fixed the issue, which turned out to be a programming problem, and even took the extra step of sending me a short “how-to” video in case it happens again. What an incredible owner and such a wonderful demeanor , even after driving in rush hour traffic from Ft Worth!We live out in Springtown TX, which is probably just at the edge of their work zone to check out our pool equipment dilemma. We had lots of air flowing into our pump filter and air bubbles in the pool and jacuzzi. He smiled, took off one of the valves and replaced a gasket, way past where we would even look. Instantly fixed, kinda felt foolish making him drive all this way for that. He taught us about our salt cell which had just stopped working, (new one arrived today) he advised us to adjust the water speed on the control panel, since our filter gage was reading zero. We were so relieved that we did not have a pipe leak somewhere! He went over what our maintenance times should be and all with a smile. As a small business owner ourselves, we were both so impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. The reviews are real, he is an awesome Technician!! Thank you Suhail
