Our in-ground pool was in need of a renovation due to the rough plaster surface, large cracks at the water line, and failing equipment. I'm glad we found Central Pools because they are professional, reliable, and knowledgeable. We hired them to install all new pool equipment--cartridge filter, chlorine generator, water heater, pool pump along with all new PVC piping. The shape of the pool is the same, but the skimmer and inlet locations were modified to enhance how debris are captured and filtered. They installed a new pool deck and plaster surface with pebble tech. The job moved quickly, with the equipment and deck, and removal of bad plaster done in the Fall. Then the remainder finished in the Spring. We were swimming early June. We still have the anchors that need to be drilled and installed into the deck for the pool cover. We decided to wait and have this done when we are closing the pool. The sibling company, Puraqua Pools, hands pool openings and closings and maintenance.

We had to remodel our entire pool area in a short amount of time. Justin and his crew made it happen with time to spare even with a lot of rain this past spring. The subcontractors he brought in were right on schedule and professional. Very happy that we chose Justin over the other contractors we interviewed. He had great suggestions along the way.

We just completed a pool project with Central Pools and it was a great experience. From the beginning, they were prompt in responding to our initial inquiry and scheduling time to come out and see the space. Justin was incredibly knowledgeable in guiding us through the various decisions we needed to make, and was super thorough in letting us know what to expect throughout the build. We ended up selecting an 18x36 salt water heated pool with a crushed stone patio around plus a retaining wall - it was important to us that we go with a company that covered all parts of the project including electrical and hardscaping. It cut a lot of the research out for us and the process was smooth with each contractor who came through to do their part. I would definitely recommend Central Pools to others who are considering a similar project!

Justin and Central Pools are incredible. At every step of the way, Justin was honest, blunt, and transparent which helped us understand the options and what would work best in our backyard. Justin is so honest that he talked us out of some more expensive options we were considering by giving his perspective that “this isn’t something I would do because of X reason”. He helped us evaluate gunite vs vinyl as they install both.
The project went FAST with the pool was dug out and walls up in 5 days. The whole project took about six weeks. Justin also had top quality referrals for electrical and surveying.
Highly recommend. It was a truly remarkable experience and we can’t wait for next summer!
