We met Scott Haizlip when he first came out to our home to provide a bid for an inground pool project. He had been highly recommended by our next-door neighbors, who had recently completed a pool with Premier Pools. We had experience working with pool companies at previous homes and had already received bids from two other local builders before meeting Scott.

From the very beginning, we appreciated Scott’s approach. He took the time to understand our vision, offered thoughtful suggestions, and helped us see what the entire project could become. He didn’t just focus on the pool itself — he guided us through ideas for the pool deck, retaining wall, landscaping, drainage, equipment, and overall layout. He ultimately designed and presented a plan that gave us confidence and excitement to move forward.

What impressed us most was what happened after we signed the contract.

Typically, once the sale is complete, the salesperson disappears and hands everything off to a project manager. That was absolutely not the case with Scott. While we did have a great project manager in AJ, Scott remained involved and accessible throughout the entire process. Anytime we had questions, he responded quickly. Anytime concerns came up, he helped facilitate solutions immediately. He truly stayed engaged from start to finish.

Even now, two months after the pool was completed, we recently had a very minor warranty issue. I reached out to Scott, and he immediately went to work coordinating a service technician for us.

We simply cannot say enough good things about Scott Haizlip and Premier Pools. In fact, one of our new neighbors was just over yesterday admiring the pool and asking who built it. We were more than happy to give them Scott’s contact information.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new pool from Premier Pools and Spas!!! From the initial design phase to the final walkthrough, Scott our sales representative, the owner Aaron, and the entire team were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They took our vision and turned our boring backyard into a dream space. I do have to give a special shout-out to our sales representative Scott who was so knowledgeable, friendly and more-importantly, trustworthy. In a sea of competitors, Premier stood out to us. We had quotes from 3 other pool companies, some higher priced and some lower priced. Our quote was to the penny after our project was completed. They worked with the city and HOA to keep the process on track. Every step of the way during the process Scott kept us informed. I find that the care, pride and quality of their work sets Premier Pools and Spas apart from the others. Honesty and integrity really matter when you are spending a lot of your hard-earned money. We now have our dream pool and with their help choosing materials and design it turned out more beautiful than we could have imagined. They also made sure we we knew how to care for the pool, control the features and other maintenance. Issac was amazing during “pool school”and has been out many times to help me figure out issues. We also contracted Premier Pool and Spas to service our pool weekly. They do a fantastic job! We cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking to build a high-quality, stunningly beautiful custom pool!
