On a Saturday morning our pool vacuum broke so we went to Monarch Pools, they were busy, but we waited our turn and Len showed us the vacuums he had in stock and made his recommendation; we couldn't be happier with his choice. We bought a Bullfrog A7L spa at Monarch. The tub is very nice. Service was amazing! Set up was quick and easy.
I think I’m going to find a new pool supply company. I opened my pool on Sunday took a water sample and the female rep there was not helpful at all. She tested my water all the while, having a complete attitude and then proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t evaluate my levels because my pool had not been open 48 hours and to come back tomorrow. If she bothered to notice, my address is in the South Stafford area and it’s not quite that easy to go to 610. Had she let me finish, I would’ve explained to her that it had been open 48 hours But she dismissed me and sent me on my way. I needed supplies and I knew roughly where my levels were so I went up to the counter and spoke to a gentleman and he was very helpful and got me what I needed. It’s not worth the hassle to have to face this again, so I will be going elsewhere.
Monarch Pools did a fantastic job replacing our liner on our above ground pool. They also got everything set up and we are ready to go. We look forward to working with them again.
