So I purchased a new pool pump from Amazon Pool and Spas three month ago. Worked great until it did not...after only 3 months of use. Had little to no luck dealing directly with Hayward so called my Peeps at Amazon Pools. Well I have to say they said bring it in and we will give you a new one! Still within warranty and so easy! They made my day a lot less frustrating! I am impressed over their customer support! Thank you Amazon Pools and Spas Fredericton NB!
We dealt with Sandy for the purchase of our hot tub. Communication was great throughout the whole process. She was very knowledgeable and gave some great tips with regards to maintaining the hot tub. Conor and his crew were a pleasure to deal with, very professional and explained a lot about the set up/tips to look out for. Glad we went with amazon pools and spa.
