Amazon Pools and Spas

So I purchased a new pool pump from Amazon Pool and Spas three month ago. Worked great until it did not...after only 3 months of use. Had little to no luck dealing directly with Hayward so called my Peeps at Amazon Pools. Well I have to say they said bring it in and we will give you a new one! Still within warranty and so easy! They made my day a lot less frustrating! I am impressed over their customer support! Thank you Amazon Pools and Spas Fredericton NB!

We dealt with Sandy for the purchase of our hot tub. Communication was great throughout the whole process. She was very knowledgeable and gave some great tips with regards to maintaining the hot tub. Conor and his crew were a pleasure to deal with, very professional and explained a lot about the set up/tips to look out for. Glad we went with amazon pools and spa.

Emily was super helpful and every time I come in to your store I’m always greeted with. Hey how are you doing and how can we help you? I give customer service at 10 out of 10 and you guys always figure out how to help me with my issues whether it’s chemical balance or finding the right O-ring for making proper connections to my hot tub. I have a pool and a hot tub. You all make me feel like it’s a breeze and truly take the pressure out of complicated things . So Thank you ?? and grateful. Cheers

Ella was incredibly helpful and friendly. She told us what we may need and recommended we get our water tested for free and they can let me know exactly what we need, even with my sensitivity to chlorine. We came back because of her amazing service??
