Capital Pool & Spa Ltd.

Ian spent nearly 40 minutes guiding me through what I need to do with my new hot tub, even though I didn't buy it through him. Also didn't try to sell me a bunch of "extras" on chemicals etc. Overall generally just seemed happy to try to help.

Best pool company we've found in the Fredericton area: dependable, reliable, and always up to date on the latest innovations. We've been customers of Capital Pool since they first opened and are very happy to recommend this wonderful family business. Although our unground pool was already an "older" pool when we bought our house 23 years ago, Capital Pool has helped us to keep it running in top shape, affording us so many happy summer hours.

This company has been amazing! They recently constructed a semi in-ground pool for us. We were very impressed with the quality of their work, their knowledge in the pool industry and their integrity. They take pride in their business, worked rain or shine to get the job complete and answered all questions that we had along the way. Professionalism and customer service at it's finest! We definitely recommend and will be getting all of our pool supplies from them in the future. Thanks Ian, crew and all the office staff!

I have owned my own business for 20 years and I would never treat my clients as poorly as I have been treated by the wife on front desk. She was very rude dismissive and stated clearly that they did not have "time" for me. Apparently the 10,000 I spent on a pool doesn't make me a valuable client in her eyes. She should be ashamed of her behavior. What a poor example of customer service. Spend your money elsewhere!
