Outstanding job.Will, Denise and Zach are terrific.We needed our pools lights fixed. New lights and installed. It was no easy finding a company like theirs that actually repairs pool lights including installing them! When we found out that they do it was great!Denise in the office is very kind and helpful.Will and Zach did the installation.Very knowledgeable. He does so much more too. Found out they do all kinds ove repairs!I highly recommend them!
We had a great experience with Tropical Pools. They do a great job communicating, and Will always came out to inspect the work when one of his team was doing the work. He accurately diagnosed a tricky problem with our pool pump, and presented us with lots of options. Highly recommended.
Contacted Tropical Pool and had service that same day. Jeremiah got our pool up and running efficiently quickly! Also explained how the valves worked to keep things moving correctly. I would highly recommend their service. They also give a estimate of repairs before work is done!
I don’t know where to start other than I’m so happy I called Tropical Pool Service! My pool was green and full of algae in the morning when they arrived and by the afternoon to my astonishment, I came home to a sparkling oasis for the first time in months!! Jeremiah meticulously cleaned the filter and quickly assessed and found where my filter had been leaking for months. It was both a small tear on the cap to the filter grades and the pipe that attached to the backwash valve. My regular guy (bless his soul) and myself couldn’t figure it out and he and I tried just about everything. Jeremiah even showed us how to properly use the spa jets. I’m so glad to have another set of eyes on this thing and I’m so pleased to have a sparkling clean pool once again. They will be called if I run into any issues in the future. Thank you so much!
