Would absolutely give zero stars if I could. Totally unprofessional visit from Dean, who unfortunately was training someone as well. We JUST moved into a new house and called Dino's to give us an estimate to fix our green pool and to service it moving forward. When I asked about the turn around time between estimate to first service, Dean said he wouldn't want to service our pool and wasn't going to come back. He continued to let me know that the housing around the pool equipment was unsatisfactory, because the access was on the side, and would be too difficult for anyone to service regularly, so he wouldn't train anyone on how to service it.It's just my opinion but that's completely unprofessional. I suppose Dino's has enough of a customer base that they don't need to take anyone else on. A more professional way of speaking with a potential client would have included maybe taking a moment to talk about the equipment housing, and NEVER even implying that they don't want to service our pool- how freaking rude. It's the beginning of summer and I'm desperately trying to give my kids at least the pool while we get settled into our home and this guy comes in and is completely disrespectful. So I even asked if they could service it once and at least get it blue again and he said he wouldn't want to even do that.Bad customer service, horrific communication, no compassion, no grace- ZERO out of 10.Can we fix the housing? Absolutely, we aren't asking anyone to break their backs for us- but we JUST moved in and don't know anything about that yet. Could he have shown an ounce of compassion? You bet. Shock the pool, help me get it blue for my kids, sir- next visit and we would have that housing fixed for easier access. I do not recommend this company, especially if your human and might ever make a mistake-God forbid.?? We didn't even make a mistake, we just didn't know.

Dino’s pool service has been the best source of help with all of our pool needs. They have done a few things equipment wise but have done any repairs I have needed. Dino and his staff have been incredibly helpful and responsive whenever I’ve had a problem. I highly recommend them
