I absolutely loved working with Stuart and the team at Swim State from start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and easy to work with. They have a vast range of selections for materials and the knowledge to guide and advise you in the right direction for products. They brought my vision to life and exceeded my expectations. Update…now past the winter months and goin into spring. Swim State continues to keep my pool clean and nice. Here’s a couple photos. ——————————————————————- Stuart and his staff are awesome!! Padgett Pools and Stuart partner up for 30 days after getting the pool refinished. I decided to stay with Swim State and continue their service. My pool still looks brand new. Stuart and his pool service technicians continue to keep our pool and spa balanced and looking great. He also replaced our Pentair Intelliflo vsf pool pump and made sure all the areas of our pool were sealed and in great shape before starting our weekly pool service. Stuart is super knowledgeable about all of our pool equipment and in maintaining the right chemical/salt balance for our system. Very glad that we decided to go with Swim State!

Not only did they get my pool sparkling clear, they also helped me to better understand my pool system, which, for someone like me, is a big plus because I like to know exactly what’s going on and what I’m paying for. We also had a conversation about potentially switching from chlorine to a salt water system and Stuart was very informative about it. He answered all of my questions and took the time to explain everything that I wanted to know. I feel much more confident about making the decision now if it’s what we decide to do. I can really tell the difference between a family owned and operated company like Swim State and the big, franchised pool service companies I’ve dealt with in the past. There’s more care, attention to detail, and you feel more like a person and less like a number. Stuart and Toni also gave me some really good insight about my pool pump and filter, so I can be aware if there’s anything that I need to do between their maintenance visits, but I really liked the fact that Stuart told me to just call him or Toni at any time if I need advice or if there is anything that I need assistance with on the fly. I can really tell that Swim State cares about their customers and they really want to make sure that everyone is 100% satisfied with their pool and the services they offer. I’m really excited that now my family and I can just relax and enjoy our pool and we don’t have to worry about whether or not it’s going to be clean and clear. We’re really looking forward to going swimming all Summer long and we’re thankful to everyone at Swim State, especially Stuart, Toni, and Ashlynne.
