I have had Kahala Pools maintaining my pool for over 5 years now. Adam is a great guy. He is honest, communicative, very helpful if anything needs to be taken care of, and most of all dependable so my pool is always clean. I highly recommend his services.
Adam came out to quote for maintenance and acid washing of my HOAs two pools and spa. He was a little short with me during the visit when I asked questions but seemed like he probably knew what he was talking about. He also said he used to do HOA pools but "got rid of them" and when I asked why - he said they didn't do what he recommended and weren't set up properly. From our meeting, my feeling is that maybe he didn't explain why his suggestions for maintenance were important. He knew that we were an HOA when he set up the meeting so...I'm assuming he's open to taking them on again?It took a few days to get the quotes back and when I did, they were bare bones - not stating any details about what his work would include - just a price. When I asked a few follow up questions, no reply and when I followed up the next day, he told me he needed to withdraw his bid.So...if you want someone who will be okay when you ask questions - this isn't the guy for you. In the end - it was a waste of my time.
Adam was so through and my kidos thought he was so nice in explaining the operation of the pool since I couldn't be there.
Adam has been our pool maintenance manager for over 15 years and is very knowledgeable and professional. He goes the extra mile to make sure our pool is well maintained. We love Adam!
We recently had the Dec O seal replaced around our pool. Adam was always there when he said he would be and everything was always cleaned up when he was finished. The final product looks great!
