We’ve had a wonderful experience with Clear Water pools for the past 9 months since we switched to them!Our prior pool cleaning company couldn’t keep our pool balanced and needed to drain it (the pool was less than a year old) and then still couldn’t keep the algae out. We switched based on a neighbor’s recommendation and it’s been so easy with them! Our tech is out here on time every Wednesday morning and has kept our pool in great shape. We had a light out and they sent a tech to get it taken care is the next day.Thank you Tony, Jovanni and team for having great customer service and keeping our pool immaculate!
I was on the hunt for a pool cleaning company. After reading the great reviews on Google and on Facebook, I decided to give ClearWater a call. I spoke with Tony and told him about my situation and that I was pretty exhausted trying to get my pool back to blue from green. He was super friendly and spoke to me about possible issues and said someone would come out and check it out for me.I was super excited, I misheard him and thought someone was coming out that Wednesday afternoon, so I called Thursday morning and spoke with Tony again. He was really polite and said that I was scheduled to have for Thursday evening, and it'd be him coming to check the pool. I asked if he'd be calling before he came as I had to run an errand and did not want to miss him. He said he call me 30 minutes before showing up. I never got a call, nor did anyone ever show up. I was really disappointed because I was honestly looking forward to getting pool back to swimming condition.Edit: I changed my rating due to the speedy resolution and response to my initial review. I was busy working so my husband spoke with Tony. He had nothing but positive things to say. He especially liked the extra advice given concerning draining out pool and how Tony explained each option available and the costs. We're looking forward to doing continued business with ClearWater.
I could not be happier with Clear Water. I went through three different services before finding them. Their charge is responsible and includes chemicals. There has never been a no-show and they have been very responsive when I have encountered mechanical or lighting problems. Thank you Clear Water for your great service.
