HIGHLY recommend Sparkle Pool Care. I had posted in our neighborhood facebook group that we desperately needed our spa fixed. Mark immediately reached out and offered a same day estimate. He was on time, provided a quote in a timely fashion and out of approximately 6 companies, he was the best price by far. He even offered a first responder discount. There was continuous communication/updates regarding anticipated start date, projected job length and stock of materials needed. We originally wanted to replicate our prior mini tiles but Mark had given multiple options to choose from. We ended up trying something else and absolutely love the finished product. If you’re looking for a reputable company that won’t nickel and dime you, look no further!!
From day one- I have never felt so taken care of as to when Sparkle Pools came into my life or should I say my back yard ?? long story short, my husband passed and he took care of the pool and pool maintenance guys. All alone I had no idea what to do or expect. No pool guy means green pool problems. I felt like the other company tried to take advantage of the situation with extensive unnecessary recommendations. I prayed about it and began to look for another pool company. Sparkle Pools just jumped off the page! They came out talked me through everything. I know more about my pool than I ever imaged. They were very transparent and knowledgeable. I have the best pool on the block! They seen before and after pictures after each cleaning and give you an analysis of the chemical status. They even made sure I was prepared for the storms. If I ever need anything Mark will text back immediately and have a technician on the site ! Sparkle Pools is my saving grace!!
