From my initial consultation with Austin, the communication with the project managers and office staff, the teams that did the tile and plaster, and the service getting chemicals and startup going the full process has been professional and quick. Our experience with this pool company was amazing! They were not only on time and efficient, they also communicated with us every day, did professional /artistic work, helped us with design, tile selection, and responded to every question we had. We love the results of our re-do which included removal of old tile and replacing with new, rebuilding a wall, creating a new structure for partial perimeter coping, and re-plastering the entire pool and spa. They also created a beautiful concrete path and furniture pad. Watching these men work everyday was inspiring. Such excellence! Very friendly team.
We are very happy with the work from Blue Lagoon Pools. The finished product was exactly as we had hoped. They were with us every step of the way. I strongly recommend the Travertine. Its more but worth it.
