UPDATEI am updating my original review now that the project has been completed.The liner installation is finished, the pool has been refilled, and the final result is outstanding. The pool genuinely looks brand new and we could not be happier with the quality of the finished product.My original review reflected the frustration we experienced following a last-minute delay and the lack of communication that followed. Those concerns were real at the time, particularly because the pool had already been emptied and we were left uncertain about scheduling, weather concerns, and water delivery arrangements.However, I also believe it is important to recognize when a company follows through and delivers on its commitments.The installation crew, Gilbert and Tony, were absolutely exceptional. They were professional, friendly, approachable, and clearly took pride in their work. The quality of their workmanship exceeded our expectations, and they represented the company extremely well.I also appreciate that the team ultimately made the installation happen and delivered an excellent final result.While I believe there are opportunities to improve communication when unexpected delays occur, the quality of the installation itself was excellent and the final outcome deserves recognition.Thank you to Gilbert, Tony, Rock, and the entire Aqua-Pro team.

great customer service, very knowledgeable staff. I have being dealing with this store exclusively for all my pool needs. We just replaced our pool heater after 11 years, along with sand replacement for the sand filter. the installer Jean-Francois was excellent. Very professional, passed on lots of knowledge and instructions, and very meticulous in his work. He has a easy and friendly atmosphere . Karim inside the store, providing customer service is excellent. He is always professional, polite very knowledgeable in all areas of equipment , and water treatment and equipment. He has given me outstanding advise when I certainly needed it, because I was doing something wrong or something was not working properly. I have also interacted with Rock and Jeremy (both managers) on equipment purchases and follow up questions. Both are very sociable and believe in customer satisfaction. Both offer great advise and dont push unnecessary or expensive solutions. In all I give this store a 5 star. The staff and equipment is outstanding, giving me over 10 years of great service and very dependable equipment.Its now May 2024. needed to get my pool liner replaced. Michel the team supervisor was very friendly and knowledgeable. This man really believes in customer service. His team of Gaetan , Mike, and Christian is outstanding. Humorous and friendly, but most upfront getting the job done and really making sure the installation was 110% complete and providing information along the way. Great job guys, first class.
Had a pool installed a few weeks ago. We had issues with the salt system and then again with the liner but they took care of the problem and so far, so good.Michel, from the installation team is wonderful and super helpful.Overall, I wish they'd provide their customers with some sort of starter kit guide. You're kind of on your own left to YouTube/google everything and as a first timer, it's a little overwhelming.However, we visited many pool companies before going with these guys. We are satisfiedThey are honest.
