Needed pool water tested as having cloudy issues. Was greeted by a lady (did not get her name) at the main desk who cheerfully took the sample and ran tests, asking about any issues. She explained the results and a couple of possible causes and solutions with no sales pressure. I ended up getting some algeacide and will do a partial water change this wekend to see if this clears up the cloudy condition.
I cannot say enough great things about the team at ATex and Brandon. They have been very responsive, fair on pricing and they were able to find parts that we felt would be impossible to find. After another vendor left us with a hole in the ground and $5202 less money, ATex was able to guide us through other solutions. They are amazing!!
So glad we called ATEX for our above ground pool install. Brittany was SO helpful with our order and the store went above and beyond to help make this a great experience for us. Our family is so excited about our new pool!

I did my research, joined a spa owners Facebook page, asked around, read a lot of reviews.. and thankfully Brittany Power (Georgetown store) from A-TEX reached out to me and told all about the company and its great reputation!! I was getting overwhelmed with so many companies, and she made it easy! I also met with Tammy at the 620 store and she was so great as well. Wulf the delivery/electrical guy is super cool and knowledgeable, he will shoot straight with you to set the expectation, so that you understand your options and feel confident in your decision. I’m super happy! (The Whirlpool ranks as Top 3 manufacturer in the US, and the MX5 is the perfect swim spa for our family!! I heard it’s better to go with a deep one if you can, so I did.. and OMG I’m so glad I did, HUGE difference having deeper water to swim and float around, instead of other shallow swim spas with the benches that take away so much space, this really feels like a temperature controlled pool!) Also, I asked a gazillion questions and they never lost patience with me LOL on the contrary, they told me I was super smart for asking questions since it is a very large purchase, which made me feel so much more comfortable and excited about it! Overall a great experience!! I’m soooo happy!! Highly recommend them! (Unlike some other places in town I heard nightmares stories about) do you research and talk to A-TEX and you’ll see it for yourself that they’re a great company you can trust :)
