Emergency Pools was a lifesaver on a holiday weekend! Our pump wasn’t working and Kaleb came out within the hour and was able to get our pool back up and running in a few minutes. Very friendly and professional, highly recommend!
I had a light go out in the pool and I was hesitant to get it fixed because electrical work can be costly. Contacted Emergency Pools from Google and was expecting the typical receptionist treatment, instead, greeted by Kaleb who had a refreshingly kind, down to earth personality.Kaleb was early to the appointment and quickly identified a faulty outdoor outlet that had tripped the breaker for the pool light.Since is was a simple fix and took no time, Kaleb wanted to treat the fix as a favor at no charge. But out of good grace, I offered payment as a token for his time and positive attitude.
Switching pool service to Emergency Pools was the best decision I made this summer. My only regret is not doing it sooner. My pool is blue and clear, even after a rainstorm which never used to happen. I highly recommend Emergency Pools to anyone with a pool. They care, are responsive, and kind as a well as professional.
